Refuse to exchange goods

Mr Price Sport,

You will not let me exchange a sports bra, but you allow people to fit it in the dressing room? Also it is not briefs (which would have been totally understandable). The cashier also did not inform me of this.

It was also bought less than 24 hours ago and unused in the condition that it was bought. I bought it for my girlfriend and then she did not want it due to the type of material.

As a customer that has been using my Mr Price account just about every month, I will surely cancel it if this goes unresolved.
