Refuse to cash refund

I have bought a item end return it at the Wonderboom Mr Price Sport. I paid with my savings card when I return it they refuse to pay me cash back but will refund it back on card. I asked them how long it will take before it is back in my account were no one had an idea just said I must look out for it in my account. I have insist they phone head office to find out witch they refused. It is now 2 days later and it still does not show. If I had paid with a credit card YES then I would accept it but it was paid with my savings account. They are unprofessional and unfriendly in that store. <br> <br> PAYING WITH SAVINGS ACCOUNT MEANS PAYING CASH NOT ON CREDIT!!!
