Refund Enquiry
I Placed an order with Mrp Sport online on the 8th of June.
Order number ***.
On the 10th of June I received and email that some of the products were sold out and I will be refunded within 7 working days.
On the 21st of June I Queried this as i had still not received my money back.
I communicated with a lady from their support team that the purchase was made VIA my Vodapay Wallet and not a bank account and I'm not sure if that might be the reason for the delay.
She informed me that the refund was processed and requested bank statements to dispute the refund.
I provided the bank statements to her but yet until today I have not received my refund.
The lady is no longer responding to my emails and I fear I might never get my money back from Mrp Sport.
They are *****s and will ***** your money.

I communicated multiple times that I purchased this with my Vodapay Wallet and they will not be able to refund me using it as this is not a bank.
Their response stays that I should contact my bank.... WHICH BANK?!!!????!?!!?

Our team have communicated with you via email , with the details of your refund and you will need to contact your bank that you deal with or you use to top up your Vodapay Wallet, there is a screenshot that is included which you need to share with your bank.
