REFUND

When will my refund reflect? The door to door delivery was an utter disappointment and after writing a review on this site about my experience, your Company did nothing to sort this out with your useless courier company. I received an email yesterday to advise my account was credited but it has not. Please make sure that my money is refunded as well as the amount for the failed door to door delivery which I will not pay for. Your courier company has many extremely bad reviews online, and I am agitated that I experienced the same bad, lying and annoying service from them.
