REFUND

On the 04th of December 2021 I was paying for items at Mr Price Sport Campus Square ( Auckland Park, Johannesburg). They offered a speed point machine so that I e.f.t. In the process the speed point was showing that the e.f.t went through to them (Mr Price) they told me to wait until it clears the funds clears on their side and the guy named Tumelo told me it seems like the payment hasn't been carriedout at all. So I tell Tumelo here is the sms notifications that shows the money went out of my bank account but still I was told to wait until it clears on their side. I then advised that let me pay cash because I needed the items and I did not have the time to wait. I then paid cash, after paying cash Tumelo told me the initial transaction from the speed point has now cleared and they have received the money. I then advised that they should refund me as they have received double payments from the client now. I've been sent from pillar to post ever since.
