Received Used / 2nd Hand Trackpants in Online Order (Hankerchief found in pocket)

Hi there Mr. Price (Sport), I ordered trackpants online: order No.:#*** collected yesterday. Today, my son tried on the trackpants and found a used :( hankerchief in the pocket! I asked him to check the tag and he sent me a pic that the pricetag has just been stapled on. The pants has clearly been sent to me after it was already used / worn and returned to your store. This is really quite a "gross" and disappointing find for my first online order with Mr Price Sport! Please urgently let me know how we can resolve this. My son urgently needs those specific pants for a sport tour he is going on, so I do not have a lot of time to have this sorted. I bought it on my Mr. Price Money Account. Regards, Claire Benade
