**** quality sports bag and bad service

<p>I've bought a Sports bag at Mr price sport Centurion Mall. Usually when you buy something they ask you if they can mail the receipt or print it out, so I said they must mail it to me. They never mailed it to me, the stuff i bought was gym clothing and 2 sport bags. Now the 1 bag has torn on the zip and they didn't mail the receipt now I can't exchange the bag. I've tried to talk to the manager, but he says there is nothing he can do without the receipt which makes me furious, because they never mailed it to me. Now what the hell must I do with a bag I can't use??? I buy all my gym clothing there. The bag was bought about 2 months ago and my boyfriend only used it twice. I'm not just gonna leave it like this... I would really like a new bag or if they could just fix it for me.</p>
