Profesional ethics is key

On the 26th of January I visited MR PRICE SPORT AT MAFIKENG MALL, I was assisted by a very energetic lady Masego. She was managing the till alone and running up and down looking for barcodes and the like. The que was very long for only one till to be operational. The manager of the store Tshegofatso was very rude towards Masego when she was seeking assistance. She was hauling her infront of the clients, saying things like, I qoute; 'you are disturbing me can't you see am busy. I only have two hands" with an attitude and a negative facial expression. I just had to jump in to rescue the other lady. I made it clear that what she is doing is uncalled for, Masego was bending over backwards to assist the clients alone, while other staff members are lingering about. If there is an issue it should be addressed professionally, and in private. If a manager can behave like that infront of clients what happens when they are alone in the store. This lady should go for professional conduct training or go look for something else to do, but not client relations. The other issue please MR PRICE your garments don't have price tags. It is very exhausting to request prices from the staff that is never visible.
