Product not delivered

I ordered running shoes on the 16th of March on the Mr Price App. Delivery for the shoes was scheduled to be the 23rd of March via Click and Collect. It is now the 1st of April and the shoes still have not been delivered. I called Mr Price during the week and the lady said they'll prioritize my delivery and she'll send me an email. No shoes have been delivered and no communication whatsoever from Mr Price not the Courier Company. Courier Logistics. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and would not recommend to anyone.
