Problem with cancelling a Mr Price online order

I cancelled an online order that I placed which is a pretty straight foward process but the call centre repeatedly failed to remove all the items I cancelled; in the end I'm getting charged for items i dont even have, i spoke to 5 differrent call centre employees each promissing the incident will be escalated. All I want is now to close the account!!
