Prejudiced because of incopetency

I have an account with Mr PRICE which i have been paying in advance, There was a balance of R127 WHICH I NEVER PAID FOR THE MONTH OF August 2023 because I was paying my account in advance, I have received my credit profile CHECK WHICH indicated that i have missed payment for the month of August 2023. What kind of a nonsense is that, we being prejudiced because someone does not want to do their work by merely calculating correctly.
