Poor service

Guys please don't ever buy anything from Mr Sport there gyming equipment is very bad, I requested for my parcel to be collected cause it was damaged on arrival the courier service came to collect it on the 17th of December 2020 but I haven't gotten any correspondence back from them, the value of the bike is R2600 and they want to give me a voucher of that amount! I want my money back and prompt services please
