POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND FEEDBACK

I am furious to say the least!!! I cannot believe the incompetence of a simple delivery, to say I am disappointed is understatement!!! The online order was received incomplete - some of the *****s etc. are missing!!!! This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son, and now on Christmas morning he cannot play with his present because we are unable to put it together!!! When I received the box, which contained the product, it was damaged and had a hole in it. When I queried this with the delivery service they said if there is a problem I must take it up with Mr Price Sport, but it is too late!!! Now after 3 different phone calls (28th December, 31st December and 3rd January), I get the same feedback that they are following up, how poor is that! No other Online services have charged me a delivery fee, I get R300 with Mr Price Sport, and it is the worse experience ever!!! I need this resolved asap, we need a complete product delivered to us asap!!!! VERY IRRITATED CUSTOMER - Mr. C. Jones
