Poor service.

I bought a lifting weight set on th Mrp Sport website. I did not get the Confirmation email nor delivery email from the them, I went to pickup my order at Mrp Sport Brits Mall and found out that there was items missing in the box (locking nuts). I went back to the store to get assistance only to be taken back and forth, it’s been over a month now and the manager doesn’t even wanna help me anymore.
