Poor service at Mitchells Plein store

<p>I purchased goods online and had it collected at the store by my sister. I asked her to return some of the purchases but she wasnt able to because the staff at the store told her its not her card.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont see how this is an issue she has the pin and has my permission to use the card she was instructed to return the goods.I cannot believe they wouldnt refund the goods to the card again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a job so Im not able to go to the store myself hence the online purchase. I've never experienced this at another mrp store or any other retailer. This is absolutely the last time I purchase goods at mrp</p>
