Poor service and very rude staff

<p>I was in Mr price sport highveld mall witbank I paid 2 pairs of shoes for R559 the cashier told me the machine timed out, I told her the transaction did go through. I then phoned my bank they advised her it did go through and that they must provide me with a slip to email the bank. I then had to pay the shoes twice due to Mr Price sport saying I may not take my goods . I sent the slip to my bank which informed me it not a declined slip or does not even have a card number on it. The cashier then started to scream at me infront of every one it not there fault what must she do. I ask her is this the way you treat customer she just carried on the manager had to pull her away . I recorded it will place it on Facebook and all to see the why they treat customer and how they don't even assist you. All they said they see. It my bank not them but they fast to take my money twice. When contacting customer care I was told a regional manager can only assist tomorrow it Sunday. What happens to customers that need that money or item they just get sent home. No Mr price sport problem. This is poor </p>
