Poor service and no communication with customers

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer care and lack of communication from MrP Sport. I placed an online order on 10/11/2021 and have not yet received my full order to date (26/11/2021). After 3 calls this week all they can tell me is that the item is with the courier since 16/11 and that the issue has been escalated. They also can't give me a refund until they hear back from the courier which apparently takes 24 to 48 hours- my first call was 4 days ago!
