Poor service

I am so dissapointed with Mr Price Sport online service I placed an order over a month ago, 2 weeks ago an agent called me and told me my delivery is in the store and I went to the store that I selected when I placed my order just to get there and to be told that my order is not in store we called customer service from inside store they said my order was delivered in Freestate..and I am in Pretoria... I made another follow up today and guess what it still in transit another week later...this is poor poor poor service
