Poor service

I purchased a pair of trainers from Mr Price Sport, Woodburn square on Thursday,I tried them on in store and all seemed well. I wore them for an hour on Friday and they turned out to really hurt me as the back of the show was running my tricky Achilles tendon. I returned them this morning and the branch manager was reluctant to assist.with a return (not a refund) for a different style that wouldn't hurt me as much. The moment I took to social media infront of him, the man at the till whispered to the manager 'shes going to expose us", not sure what that was supposed to mean.. he eventually buckled.into a return if I removed my post, which I duly did.

I will not go back to that branch!!
