Poor service

Im deeply hurt by how i was helped in Mr price sports in V&A Waterfront Mall in Cape Town by one of the staff there, i was trying to buy swimwear and firstly i was told that they don’t have bags mind im also buying a towel so before paying i then realised that this won’t work for me because im still going to the mall i cant be carrying such in my hands so i asked the lady if she could cancel the transaction and she told me that its not allowed as its going to get her into trouble to a point where she might get warning, because i wouldn’t want such thing, I paid for the items and left , i then went to Mr Price to ask if what she said it’s possible they said no and now im stuck with something that Its not exchangeable because its lingerie that I could hv cancelled while i was in the store, what im i going to do with it? Please train your people about customer service and procedures
