Poor Quality & Customer Care

Just before holidays in December i purchased 3 pairs of Maxed shorts from MRP Sports in George. After wearing them only a couple of times they started falling apart at the seams. I e-mailed H/O as I hadn't kept the receipt and their response was to return to the store which is 40km from me. I know the store won't assist without a receipt so I complained to then via Facebook. They apologised and gave me another address to e-mail and said they will assist immediately. Now, nearly 2 days later and several more messages an e-mails, still no feedback. There customer care is just as pathetic as the quality of their clothing :(
