Poor quality and customer service

I bought my daughter takkies on the Sunday. The next Saturday after her netbal game and the second time she wore the shoes, I noticed that the material is coming loose. As the shoes was the right size, I didn't keep the slip. Upon going to the shop, they refused to assist me as "the shoes has been worn". I then submitted a message on their website requesting assistance but after almost 2 weeks, still no response. Appart from poor quality products, this is POOR (NON-EXISTING) customer service!
