Poor customer service.

I ordered gym equipment a few weeks ago and an incomplete order arrived. I have called multiple times, no response. I've emailed customer care and no response. I have tried the WhatsApp service as well. The close my query instantly without giving me a chance to tell them my concerns.

Very disappointing service. I always support Mr Price and have never been treated so poorly before. I would never use the app or online shopping services again.
