Policies in question about returns??

Good day I am disappointed with Mr Price in Cresta I wanted to buy 2 sports bras and I asked the cashier if it doesn't fit could I return it she said NO so I left they were for my daughter and she wasn't with me.

I went to Mr Price Sports in Clearwater WOW what a difference in that store not only were the staff smiling they greeted me and immediately asked if they could assist me I asked the lady if my daughter could try the sports bra on she said with pleasure I stood at door and we chatted I asked why they won't take returns on Bra's back with tags on and proof of payment. She looked at me quite surprised and told me I am welcome to bring it back with greatest of pleasure and that I should keep my slip. I live near Cresta so I go to Mr Price often in Ctesta Mr price sport and Mr price clothing I always usually end up buying something for my family. Especially for my daughters. Can Mr Price please explain to me what's the their policy and why the stores have different policies. I must say I don't understand how one shop can be so unpleasant and the other store be so great. From now on I will think twice about going there. Pity they have lost a good customer.
