****ED CLIENT!

On the 1st December 2018 i visited the store and was interested in a swimming costume priced at R300.00. There was no size and the sales assistant,Rafeeq, assisted by contacting their branch in Claremont as shown that they had the avail size and Rafeeq advised that it would take 2 weeks for the item to be in the store. On 22th December 2018, 3 weeks later i decided to go to the store as i needed the costume for the 26 December. i Spoke with rafeeq that day he advised that costume in the store however the store was to busy and i decided to go later the afternoon. i then went again to the store just to find out that another sales consultant had sold my costume the previous week already.

what makes me most upset is that i was never informed that the item was in the store and even more that i was taken for a fool to drive up and down for nothing!

i told rafeeqah after waiting about 30 minutes as he was looking for the sold item keeping me for a fool as the store manager told him the swim suit was in store i told Rafeeq to contact me the sunday 23 December 2018 by 09:30 as i wanted answers!

I once again did not receive any no phone call and i contacted the store

and spoke with the manager. he than apologized etc . and advised that he will get the costume as soon as possible.

its a new year and still no bathe costume and still no communication received from the store manager even!

im really disgusted the way i was treated and i am an account holder for this brand for about 5years!!!

MY TIME, AIRTIME, PETROL AND LOYALTY TO THIS COMPANY WAS WASTED!

The worst part is that i gave this store ample time to get my item,firstly i got no communication that the item came, then to hear that they sold my item and still i gave them time after Christmas to get my item and i dont care that it was only a R300.00 item its money that i would've paid for not the company and for this store to take me for a fool and treat their customers as fools WE ADULTS AND NOT THEIR KIDS!!!

MR PRICE SHOULD REALLY EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT WANTS THE JOB TO BRING VALUE TO THEIR COMPANY AND NOT SHAME!

from my side i think i was very lenient with this store and im just fed up with the type of service that i received.

I REALLY DO HOPE THAT I WOULD GET A RESPONSE FROM THIS REVIEW AND I REFUSE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE ITEM THAT I ORDER LAST YEAR AND BE ASSURED THAT YOU HAVE ONE LESS CLIENT FROM YOUR BOOKS!
