Phenomenal Customer Service from Manager at Greenstone branch!

I want to publicly acknowledge Lawrence Mosea (manager of MRP Sports at Greenstone shopping center in Lethabong) for his outstanding customer service.

I stay in Cape Town and needed to purchase a birthday gift from MRP Sports for a family member living in JHB to collect. MRP Sports don't offer gift wrapping but when I contacted Mr Mosea and explained my situation, not only did he make a plan for me to send the payment and email me the invoice, but he also went out of his way to purchase wrapping paper from PnP and have the package wrapped - all on the same day!

Such outstanding service deserves to be praised. Five stars for MRP Sports and Lawrence Mosea!
