Personal informarion of a minor

My daughter, 11 years old, recently received a gift voucher on her birthday from Mr Price Sport. She went to buy a new hockey stick with the voucher the cashier and Managet refused to process the voucher if she did not give them her personal information, such as full name, ID number, street adress, etc. Becasue she could not supply it they expected my information to be captured on their system, the Manager told me if im not going to give it they can not process the voucher. This is absurd and ******* in so many ways! I will never again accept a gift card for my kids or myself from this company!
