PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MR PRICE ONLINE STORE!! What a Joke!!!

OMW!!! What pathetic service from Mr Price Sport. I am absolutely frustrated that I got no feedback on emails sent.

I've traced my orders online as well.

I've placed orders online on 27 January 2021, followed up via email twice and that is where it stopped. Absolutely NO response from Mr Price at all.

Today...16 DAYS LATER, I followed up again and now told items are all out of stock.

I have a suggestions for Mr Price Sport: 1. Get your Web Developers to update your website and align your online orders with Stock Control at your Warehouse. 2. Reply to queries logged on your Track My Order link. Why avail this to customers if you do not bother to reply.

I do not at all recommend ordering ANYTHING online on MRP platform. I have never been a fan of your products due to quality but thought to give their online store a go during the pandemic...What a disappointment.

I am done with Mr Price and I need my refund as soon as possible....not in 2 weeks!!!
