Pathetic service at Mr price sport ballito junction mall

My wife made payment on her account and later decided to purchase some items.. When we arrived at the till she was asked to produce her ID or drivers license with the purchase of her account card which we did not mind producing, but the question is why were only we being asked to produce ID verification even after making payment and other customers were not.. The lady at the till was Thandeka and store manager Sibusisiwe. We asked the store manager to address this issue only to be mocked at and giggled at as if this was a joke. This is purely unprofessional behavior from the staff and their superior. If a procedure or policy is put in place it should be fair to all to do the same not just certain people.. We will certainly not be supporting Mr price anymore and make sure this account is closed off due to the biased behavior and being mocked at. We are not laughing stocks as we have been loyal customers for the past 15 years. Certainly your staff needs proper training and management skills in matters like these..
