Pathetic “professional advice “ poor service

3 times we went to get decent WALKING shoes from your stores and every time we get anything except WALKING shoes. We asked your staff working in the department for advise, the 1st time we got running shoes from your springs mall store. We then went to Mall of the south and ask the staff there to assist with WALKING shoes and was assured that now we have the right shoes. Getting home only to find out again it is running shoes. Again wasting time and petrol we went to mall @ carnival and ask your “expert” staff for WALKING shoes and explained that I’m now gatvol of poor service. The lady took us to the shoes and on the shelf is said walking shoes so in good faith we bought it and left. The weekend we did our 1st park run and experienced pain and blisters. When we went back to your mall@carnival branch to my surprise the WALKING shoes is now all of a sudden with the Terrain shoes !!! Again no WALKING shoes
