Pathetic online shopping

<p>I made an online purchase from Mrp Sport to be delivered to me. I received an email about a day after I placed the order that two of the items I ordered are out of stock and that I will be credited for the amount I paid for them. These items were a pack of hair clips and a 3 pack trainer liners. Two days later the order arrives and I see that a pair of cropped leggings I ordered is not present. I go on the website and I see that it still shows as In Stock and I am still able to order it. I sent an email that same day (28 November 2016) to query why my leggings were not in the parcel and I requested that the item be sent to me as it was supposed to be delivered with the rest of the order. 0n 29 November I still did not receive any communication back so I phoned the call centre. The lady told me that the website is outdated with regards to stock because it is under maintenance. Firstly, there is no mention of this on the site. Secondly, they are advertising products that they might not be able to even deliver. </p> <p>She also said that she does not know why they did not send the leggings, because she does not know whether it is a stock problem or what because they never mentioned the item being out of stock like they did with the other two items. She said she will follow up and find out.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now past midday on 30 November. I STILL have not heard anything back from ANYONE at Mrp Sport online. The item has already been paid for so it seems they do not give two hoots about customer service once they get their money. My order number was ********** 03754.</p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY CAN NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCTS THEY ADVERTISE AND THE BEST THING IS THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHY!!!</p>
