Pathetic

I wish there was less than one star to express my frustration with Mr Price Sport N1 City. Massive store with 4 staff members. 2 of which are apparently supervisors. I was offered a R200 discount if I purchased R1000 plus. I did. On reaching the counter the discount code (which was sent to my cellphone 5 days ago) doesn’t work. Neither “supervisor” could help. They tried to phone their call centre and was left on hold for 30mins. I eventually tried to phone customer service from the store and after holding on indefinitely, I was cut off. Disgusting service. I will be closing my new account forthwith.
