Pathetic excuse for customer service.

I ordered an Item on the 5th of May and to date, after Ive sent email queries and facebook messanger messages, I have heard absolutly nothing. I called this morning to follow up and was promised a mail confirming my call, currently, that hasnt happened and I'm no closer to receiving my order. thank you Mr Price Sport for the hopless service.
