Pathetic courier service and customer support

Having the worst time trying to get an order that was placed online more than a week ago. The delivery time is 3-7 days. I have called the call center numerous times with false promises of my order being delivered soon.

I am going on holiday and my clothes are with the pathetic delivery service they use who cannot tell me where my order is.

I am at my wits end calling the store and the call center.

They were supposed to prioritize my delivery and that cannot be done as the courier doesn't know where the driver is, I mean seriously- you are a damn huge business!
