Pathetic after sales service

I did an online purchase last week Friday On Saturday I got a message saying my order has been shipped, over 72 hours later and no further communication. I contacted the help line and was told it's with fastway couriers. I tried there whatsapp line and was told they can't find my order by the chat bot. Call them you hang on for over 20mins and no one answers. I'm willing to go fetch my order from there depot but I have no clue where my order is. Seriously I have experienced such bad customer service ever. My order is ***
