Pathetic

So i ordered an R800 voucher online, paid in full online, as a gift for my mother for her birthday on the 1st of Dec, so we thought after payment she would receive a email, phoned today, sorry we don’t pick up anything on our side, no such thing, now they can only get back to us in the next 48 hours, a day after her birthday, please all never by vouchers online, i will be sharing it on facebook as well
