Out of stock products after you paid for them

I bought a pair of tekkies online and paid for them on Friday , Sunday afternoon they send me an email saying that the item is out of stock , and Monday morning when I check online the item is available and I requested that the refund me cash but they just send me a voucher which I clearly stated that I don't want I've send them several emails but they do not respond ,
