Orders cant be supp****!!!!

I've placed an order online and waited days. more than a week and started sending mails to find out about the order. Next I get a mail giving me a voucher for the money paid.

I don't want a voucher! I want a refund it they can't supply what I wanted. Now I'm forced to spend my money with them!!!!
