Order returned but no refund received after a month

I placed an order online and out of the 5 items, Mr Price Sport decided to only send 2,and tell me the main items were out of stock. I refuced to accept the order as it did not make sense to only accept the items I was not really looking for but just added them as add on items.

The order was sent back which they acknowledged they received more than a month ago, 16 September 2020 but up to date they still have not refunded me my money back and just ignore my emails.

What I don't understand is how come their online ordering system allow people to place orders and make payments and not reserve the items.

All I want is for them to refund me my money back as all the items posted were sent back.
