Order paid delivery disappeared.. no help from MrP

I was sent an SMS last Tuesday morning stating my delivery would be with me by 5pm.

It is now Thursday and still I'm waiting. Wasting money I don't have on phone calls and whatsapps! All with no response and still no delivery!

Please cancel my order and I'll go to store rather. Clearly, like most south African business... Unfortunately your staff and partners are clearly incabable of offering satisfactory customer service levels.
