Order not received!! Customer Care is of No help besides sending me the proof of signature from a person I domt know

I've been struggling with Mr Price Sport since 29 April about a package that I never received, they keep telling me who signed for the parcel but I do not know this person, my package was ****** due to the negligence of the couriers.

I was not notified the delivery was taking place.

I did not sign for it.

I was not notified that someone else signed for my delivery.

I was sent the document with a signature I dont recognize.

I have not received my package, no one I know signed for this package.
