Order delivered to wrong people

I ordered dance takkies online and today I got an email that the parcel was delivered. I immediately responded to let them know that I have been here the whole day and no parcel was delivered. They then come back to say that it was signed for by Thelma. I then also see that they delivered to a completely different business park from the one I am in. I told them I have do not know a Thelma and the complex was not even the correct one. They then just sent me the company name they delivered to and now expect me to drive all the way there (do not know when because I can't leave work during the day) and go and try to find my parcel. How does that work? How can you just deliver to whoever you feel like? What is the point of me paying R50.00 for delivery when I still have to go pick it up myself?
