I went onto Mr Price Sport (MPS) website this morning and view the junior hockey set for R99-99. In trying to contact the store, I could not get through to them telephonically - phone does not even ring. I therefore had to go to the store just to find out on my arrival that they were out of stock. The sales consultant whom I had to convince to look at other branches was the worst in sales practise, as if he did not want me to purchase at MPS and referred me to Sportsman's Warehouse (SW). When I asked him to speak to a manager, he made excuses and literally left me with no option but to go to SW. It is amazing how a sales person can make a customer feel so unvalued in making a purchase and that being the brand of MPS. Furthermore, it is unacceptable that your live website does not indicate that items are out of stock which in turn limits a customer to options being at the store. Due to your non-updated website, non-working telephone service and a sales person that thinks he knows it all; my item cost me almost 3 times what you advertised it for including me having to drive to your store for nothing more than a ****y attitude sales person. Totally disgusting. I thought more of MPS.
