Online disaster Order

I placed and paid for an order online on 30 March 2022. Order has been stuck on "Shipped" since the 30th of March 2022, order shows it is due 6 April 2022. Todat, 8 April 2022, after phoning the call centre I was advised that the Courier does not even have the parcel onboard, already 2 days later than advised date, and that they would now need to arrange for urgent delivery, but can't give a date, might only be on the 10th of April. Pathetic, no communication from MRP side.
