One Rotten Apple Spoils the Whole Cart

On 20 th August my Sister and i went to The Glen Mall in Jhb,She started Gym and was looking for clothing.i recommemded Mr Price Sport as i had recently purchased my gym gear at Midlands Mall,Pmb since i am from here.The staff there always has a smile on their face and greet you as soon as you step in the door.Prices are GREAT and i always manage to find great fashion on Sale too.When we walked in the Glen Store a sales woman was mopping the entrance so we apologised for walking across the damp floor,which went unnoticed. it was 4:45 pm n my sister told me they close at 5..As we walked in i heard a black guy tel someone to turn off the music as he went to close the shutters.We quickly chose 4 items,we decided since we had about 10 min left she will come back some other time).We walked to the back of the store looking for the change room,which already had a bar across meaning the change room was closed) but we asked the consultant there if she could try the clothes on quickly.She turned her face the other way and very half heartedly agreed.Aftr maybe 4 Min my sister called me so i went to her door at the fitting room.The sales consultant came into the fitting room area and as she passed me i apologised again and told her we nearly done.she walked right pass me n totally ignored me so i aplogised again.By this time she was walking to the end of the change room checking it so i called out again and asked her if she heard that i was apologising.She rep**** yes without even looking at me.When she came pass me again i asked for her name to which she rep**** Lisa and carried on walking.By this time my sister told me to please pay for her goods while she finished redressing so we would waste time.When i got to the till point there was 3 people behind the cash desk and i askd for their head office number.i then pointed out to them that at that present time it was then only 5 pm which they acknowledged.After paying we had to call out to them to open the shutters for us...Many businesses are struggling to meet their targets so EVERY sale counts.Lisa you in a Customer Service Store yet your Service Stinks..You need Training or... another Job.Mr Price Sport pick your Apples Carefully before you put them in your Cart As she has definitely spoilt it For You,i have been a Mr Price Customer for over 10 years with an Impeccable Record.
