Not Willing To Help

My aunt bought me shorts from cape town branch on credit card. I live in johannesburg and want to return the shorts and get my money back as I need to buy shorts somewhere else because they do not have the shorts I need . They will not give me cash back because it was bought on credit card, they said they will refund it on a gift card. I don't want a gift card as I am moving overseas in 2 weeks and it is useless because they do not have what I need. They do not have signs up stating their policy and procedures and I think it is just disgusting that they are not willing to help and I am just so disappointed as I like mr price and mr price sport. Last time I will ever buy from them.
