Not giving change that's due to me

Still not giving change that's due to me. My change was 10c. I actually use my change. But for a while now you won't receive your 10c change from Mr. Price Ilanga Mall Nelspruit. How much extra do they make by keeping everyone's 10c??? It's My change!!! Change your pricing then!
