No response to query

<p>I sent a message via facebook to enquire about a product on Tuesday 24th Jan. The preson was not bothered to help and instead gave me an email address to use. I sent an email the same day and have still not recevied a response. I then messaged facebook again on Wed 25th and my message went unanswered.</p> <p>Your staff are useless. Hoping to have some luck with hellopeter now</p>
