NO reply

My mother bought me a back pack with the water bottle in September(cant remember the date. I first used the backpack on the 24th of September 2019 and it was leaking, Half way through the race it stopped leaking(Dont know why?). I used it the second time on the 6th of October 2019 and it leaked and didnt stop and could use it for the race. I called the call centre and explained that I want to change the bottle, we no longer have the sleep. We are not looking for a refund. I was transferred to where my mother bought the backpack. I spoke to Karabo, who said 'come to the store and we will see'. i then asked him we cant come to Alberton for ' we will see', he told me i had no receipt so he cant commit. I then email Mr price asking the same thing. Well, what i can say is i was asked more than 3 times to write the same thing on my initial email. The last email sent on the 10th of October has since not been rep****. I just want a bottle that is not leaking, I do not want a refund, i do not want to change the backpack. I just want a water bottle that does leak. I have race this coming Sunday and I need the bottle.
