NO REFUND 'TIL NOW

I ordered two items online from Mr Price Sports (last month), later received notification that one item was out of stock and they would refund me. I rep**** the call centre agent asking when and how they would refund but she didn't respond. Two weeks later i sent an email to ********** asking why nothing has been communicated but no reply still. I went to the store in jhb cbd to enquire and i was told they should've sent me a voucher. Such bad service is disappointing.
